Jellycat Hunt ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at jellycathunt.com and provides stock-tracking and notification services for Jellycat products sold on the official Jellycat US store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jellycat Ltd.

  • Phone number: provided voluntarily when you opt in to SMS notifications in your account settings.

  • Payment information: processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and technical information such as browser type and IP address.

  • Provide stock-tracking and restock notification services.
  • Send you restock alerts and stock-drop notifications via email and/or SMS based on your preferences.
  • Process subscription payments through Stripe.

4. SMS Messaging & Your Consent

By providing your phone number and selecting "SMS" or "Both" as your notification method in your account settings, you expressly consent to receive automated stock-alert text messages from Jellycat Hunt at the phone number you provide.

  • Message types: restock alerts and stock-drop notifications for Jellycat products you track.
  • Message frequency: varies based on stock changes for the products you track. Typically 0–10 messages per week.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
  • Opt out: you can stop SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by changing your notification method to "Email" in your account settings.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the email below.
  • We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate the Service, including providers for authentication, payment processing, SMS delivery, email delivery, and error monitoring.
