1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jellycat Hunt ("the Service"), operated at jellycathunt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jellycat Hunt monitors stock availability of Jellycat products on the official Jellycat US store and sends notifications (via email and/or SMS) when tracked items change in availability. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jellycat Ltd.

We do not sell Jellycat products. Purchases are made directly from the Jellycat US store.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• The Service offers paid subscription tiers billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@jellycathunt.com.

5. SMS Notifications

If you opt in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages from Jellycat Hunt at the phone number you provide.

• Messages include restock alerts and stock-drop notifications for products you track.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your notification settings.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• SMS consent is not required to use the Service. Email notifications are always available.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate stock information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any stock data. Stock levels can change at any time and notifications may be delayed. We are not responsible if a product sells out before you can purchase it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service (beyond normal browser use).
• Resell or redistribute data from the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jellycat Hunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or missed purchases, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
